Teringat dulu ketika Perak di ambang kegelapan bawah pentadbiran kerajaan cina DAP yg selama 11 bulan. Ahli2 exconya yang dilantik baru sehari sahaja sudah boleh buat pc untuk penyerahan tanah kepada penyokongnya. Keputusan dibuat satu hari saja meeting, tanpa laporan drpd jabatan2 lain. Maka tidak hairanlah jika mereka boleh buat apa2 saja perubahan yg menguntungkan pihak mereka tanpa perlu menjelaskan kpd rakyat keperluan perubahan itu. Inilah pentadbiran kuku besi yang diamalkan di zamana dinasti china dulu.

GEORGE TOWN: VICE activities are thriving in Penang despite the frequent crackdown by law enforcers. The "oldest profession" has a colourful past in the state as it dates back to the establishment of Penang in 1786.
Folklore has it that sailors during the two world wars used to openly visit call girls in Love Lane, a thriving red light district at that time.
Today, things are a bit different as the trade is now carried out more discreetly.
Checks by Streets at various locations in town had shown that transvestites rule the night, with Lebuh Muntri and Lebuh Chulia areas being their favourite hangout spots.
Call girls are said to be operating in massage parlours, hotels and night clubs.
Many of them can be seen in Lebuh Chulia where they solicit for customers in backpacker lodges and budget hotels. It is believed the girls charged about RM250 each session.
The stretch is mostly frequented by transvestites in scanty attire, who are known to solicit business from tourists and locals.
Some of them even work as house maids during the day. One such girl met in Lebuh Cintra said she was trying to make extra income.
A trader and resident in Lebuh Muntri said that come midnight, the women are seen strolling from there to Love Lane, and then towards Lebuh Chulia.
"They walk in groups and come out to linger outside the bars about 10pm. I have seen one of them harassing foreigners," said the man who only wanted to be known as Alan.
Alan said a group of pimps often hang out in the vicinity of the night clubs in Jalan Penang.
"They would yell 'girls, girls'... and point to a door of some rundown budget hotel. It is annoying and embarrassing, because when I walk past with my wife, they would call out to us," he said…….Certain massage parlours in Bayan Lepas are also known for providing "happy endings" and other sex-related services to potential clients.

....A customer, who wanted to be known as Prem, said some of these outlets put up partitions and cleverly disguised entry and exit points to avoid detection.
Meanwhile, Streets spoke to a man who admitted he regularly sought the services of prostitutes in Penang.
He said there were three categories of call girls, ranging from budget, normal to high-end escorts.
Kong (not his real name) said the women operating at some health centres in hotels charged at least RM250 for "one-time service". He said the lowest fee charged was RM100……."Vietnamese girls are the most sought after now. The Thai and Chinese nationals are not popular anymore," he said.
Kong added that the recent raid on illegals by authorities had forced these women to lie low.
Kong said the escorts from Russia and East European countries, who looked like models, were popular among the more affluent clientele.
"The women charge between RM850 and RM1,000 each time. You can then take them out for dinner and then to a hotel of their choice," he said.
He said certain pimps made use of instant messaging services to send the women's pictures and profiles to the cell phones of prospective customers…….
