Anwar’s sodomy appeal is starting in December.He will win it.Not even Shafee Abdullah can win that case.Not without me.I am not being arrogant.The points and technicality of it is such.In appeal matters you argue point of law only.You dont argue the case or call witness’.The case in High Court was argued by Yusof. Maybe he was old so he missed some point but later, he was young enough to join Anwar.Check the news excerpts below :

What is the meaning of Alibi : 

Evidence in support of an alibi is defined in section 6A(3) Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 (CPIA) as evidence tending to show that : 

a) by reason of the presence of the defendant 

b) at a particular place or,in a particular area at a particular time she or he was not,or was unlikely to have been,at the place where the offence is alleged to have been committed at the time of its alleged commission.

Anwar Ibrahim had filed a second notice of motion within a week at the High Court and wanted the court to issue an order to interview 10 witnesses,including two Indonesian maids,whose names he had listed in his ALIBI notice.Anwar named the two former Indonesian maids of Hasanuddin Abd Hamid,owner of the condominium unit where the incident allegedly took place.The maids and Hasanuddin were interviewed.

THE MAIDS NOR THE APARTMENT OWNER WERE EVER CALLED AS WITNESS’.IN FACT NO ALIBI WAS EVER CALLED AS A WITNESS. 

In fact, when I was interviewing them with Anwar, some crazy and unexpected stuff was told. That is when i asked myself how on earth the AG did not call this man as a witness? It is not strange at all. He was not called to protect Anwar.The question is why would AG protect Anwar? Why the alibi was never raised as a point by AG?It was mentioned in Court and in criminal trials, ALIBI is a an important point to note.Think. Ask yourself.Is it fair for Anwar to be free? - Yuktesvijay
